Learning from the past is the best way to make good choices in the future! We want our students to know the history of their ancestors, country, and the world, so they can develop an understanding of the powerful differences individuals and groups can make to improve our nation and planet! Knowledge is power, and one of the most effective ways to gain knowledge is through written word. Becoming a good reader takes practice, and becoming an avid reader takes proper instruction from an effective teacher. Please help me accomplish both of these tasks by giving my kids a wide variety of books to choose from.
