My students love to play fun games. The games in this project allow for high repetitions. I often ask them to say a word several times before getting the chance to take a turn. 5 words x 10 turns = 50 trials! That would be awesome! We also need some new books. These books will go great with some of the theme weeks we are planning in speech. Themes are a great way to build on vocabulary skills by introducing theme related words that will be addressed throughout the week. Working folders for the students will allow me to keep all of their information in one place. We can keep their goals, their unfinished work and their motivational sticker charts together. They will be nicely stored on the black file racks so that students can find them easily when they get to speech class.
