In most classrooms, students are expected to all sit at the same type of desk or table and learn the same way. Research shows that students all learn in different ways and have different motivators. It also shows that the more choice we give students in the classroom, the more likely they are to want to come to school. Together, we can spark kids' interest in the classroom by providing different, fun seating options where they get to choose what works best for them. Students will have different options such as wobble seats, stability balls, kneeling pads, seat cushions, and more. It is my goal to make sure my classroom is up-to-date with the latest classroom research, and funding my goal will help support that!
