In order to begin Cardio Drumming at our school, students must have stability balls, rhythm sticks, music and buckets. Currently, we have rhythm sticks, access to fun music and videos and are working on getting buckets. My request is for a donation of the stability balls. Students will participate in cardio drumming to energetic music with a focus on coordination and rhythm while improving flexibility, balance, cardio and muscle conditioning in a fun environment of high energy. Participating in Cardio Drumming will improve the students' day. Students will leave the gym more relaxed with their brains prepared for engagement reentering their classroom.
