A Teachers-Pay-Teachers gift card would allow me to find vetted community building projects to utilize now and throughout the year. While I have some academic projects that are tried and true, and can be converted to remote learning without too much difficulty, community building is more about developing relationships within the classroom and less about the curricular rigor. In a remote environment, getting cooperation from the students right off the bat is important. Not having to invent the wheel will save time and frustration, and will provide the students with proven activities.
