My school has 100% of students that will receive free/reduced lunch is the West end of Atlanta, GA. The students are predominantly African American children who have either been to a Pre-Kindergarten setting, Home school, or no prior educational setting. Many of who will have to learn the basics of a traditional school setting. My classroom will mainly focus on reading and ELA while connecting those subjects with other subjects such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and physical education.

About my class
