My students are turning 18 years old and becoming eligible to vote in the upcoming General Election. They are very interested in learning about how the U.S. Constitution provides the rights that we have today and the amendments that have expanded voting rights to others over the course of our nations history. My project will bring the Constitution alive for my students. They will actively enjoy learning through the engaging comic book. They will also express to their Senators and U.S. House Representatives in written letters their views on issues that are important to them.

About my class
