When my co-teacher and I were reflecting on the past year, we came to one major conclusion: our students could have been much more successful and organized if they had individual binders to keep all important papers and resources in one spot. Our students had a hard time reviewing everything for the state test because their adjunct resources were too scattered, unorganized, or nowhere to be found. If each student has a binder with resources from each chapter, as well as access to notebooks, paper, pencils, and folders that I am also requesting, I believe they will be able to focus on learning. I am also asking for construction paper to use as dividers in their binders, further helping their organization. My goal is to develop solid review skills and independent study habits in an organized format. The problem is that a lot of our students come from families with little money for school supplies. I sincerely believe your donations will have a huge impact on my students, their families, and their future.
