I am a first-year teacher in a fifth-grade classroom. I want to establish two Osmo centers with iPads and a genius kit as well as a Hot Wheels racing kit. The genius kit includes tangrams, math games, and word work exercises. The Hot Wheels kit includes problem-solving and spatial-relation exercises. These Osmo centers, which will be used daily in my classroom, provide engaging and interactive activities that students will be excited to use. Both the iPads and the Osmo kits can be built on with additional accessories. This will allow me to keep the centers updated and appealing to my students throughout the school year.
