As a first year teacher, there are many materials that are needed for a classroom. Some of the products that I have selected include: pocket charts, storage bins, and standing file organizers. Students will be able to stay organized throughout the school year, which will allow them to be more effective learners. In addition to this, I have selected some indoor recess activities, like Legos and Lincoln Logs, so that students are encouraged to create/build during indoor recess times and a classroom rug. Smaller items that I have selected include: an electric pencil sharpener and motivational posters. By donating to our project, you are providing us with the necessary materials to increase student organization, attention, and motivation. These classroom basics will enable us to have a wonderful school year, guaranteeing that we are provided with the resources that we need.
