Theschools music program has been needing a new piano for several years. We are currently using a teacher's personal piano for performances, but the music department would like to have one to keep in the classroom. We would be able to connect the piano to the sound system in the auditorium and in the classroom using an adapter. This digital piano will continue to enhance the students' musical knowledge and grow their confidence in performing. Since this piano will be shared with the high school marching band it will benefit several more students. The piano part is a strong asset in the marching band theme this year, which is called iBand and will be performed on Friday nights. The new piano will enhance the music for several programs in the department and we are eager to showing our community our strong musical talent.
