Providing this outdoor classroom and PBIS CAFE Incentive would allow the scholars to have a safe space to eat and learn outside of the school building. The majority of our students live in neighborhoods, that are stricken with crime and this space would allow them to dine, study, and play in a peaceful, nature enriched space. Our school's attendance during the pandemic has been 85% with students attending 95% of the time. Our students have embraced mindfulness strategies - we would like to create a space of peace!
