The program that this project is for is a relatively new program. They're working to grow the program and create a culture in which the dance program is available, fun, and safe for ALL students. This floor will make dance more accessible and safe for my students. As dancers are up and down on the floor, without a proper dance surface the dancers can be injured and potentially stop them from being able to produce an amazing show. This flooring is also able to be moved, so it would be useful if there were to be a change in venue of the program.
