Let's talk about centers! We love centers and one of the key components to centers is choice. We give our students a great day of choice during center time because this empowers them. When our students are empowered, they have buy-in. Buy in means more engagement and fewer behavior issues. Let's talk about the drawers, which are color-coded. Color coding is a visual cue for the students. Each student is placed in a group based on data. The drawers will be differentiated and targeted to meet the needs of the students in that particular group.
