I am a first year teacher in a new city across the state from where I grew up. My school is 60% + economically disadvantaged and I would love nothing more than to share my love of reading with them and hope to inspire them to love to read as well. As I’ve been able to purchase some books for my classroom library, it takes more to make a fantastic library where my second graders can go to far away places and journey to other worlds. Please help me make my library a wonderful place for the students to enjoy.
