As a special education teacher of an IB (International Baccalaureate) school, much of the student learning is done through hands-on modalities and resources. We currently have a handful of working headphones, which makes it difficult for students to listen to audio and video resources aloud without interrupting neighboring classmates. Students will use the headphones to conduct research on a variety of topics. We also have a limited number of clipboards. The clipboards will be used as students move throughout the room gathering information in partnerships & groups. The additional materials include labels, glue sticks, paper, and bulletin board supplies and will help to facilitate classroom projects and support students' diverse learning needs.
