These kindles will allow my students to form book clubs with high-interest books. Often times students settle for books that have multiple copies that they don't really enjoy. With the kindles, I can download the same book on all of their devices, and let them choose almost any book to read with their friends. The Kindles will make my students excited about reading, and allow for discussion and reflection on books they are truly interested in! The Kindles make buddy reading and book clubs more accessible in my classroom without needing to order hundreds of physical books.
