My students work so hard everyday but they do not enjoy it while sitting still at a desk! I've been amazed to discover how much student achievement excelled as I allowed my students to sit anywhere they wanted around the room. Some love being under desks, while others love laying down or being on wobbly stools. Each child is very different and their choice of seating changes daily. Having these items will allow me to support my student's need to move around while also creating a wonderful learning environment. When the students are comfortable they are happier and are more open to learning.
