One of the biggest skills for my third graders is to fluently learn their multiplication facts. Students are excited when coming into third grade about learning how to multipy. They work in centers daily and practice their facts using flash cards. There are free websites that allow students to practice their facts and unlock games and prizes. The websites would be motivational to them to learn their facts because they would be working toward something. I would love to have them to use those websites and having a computer would allow them to access those websites during our daily center rotations.
