My students attend a public middle school grades 6th - 8th in Southern California. We are a Title 1 school, with a population of 1,200 students, 97.5% are Hispanic of which 92% were eligible for free/reduced lunch. All of my students are classified as "Special Education" with the majority have learning disabilities as well as "other health impairments". Since many have difficulties reading and/or writing, I would like them to take snapshots to "show" what different parts of The Constitution, in particular, what the Bill of Rights mean, and how it affects not only their lives but their family's as well.
