The use of yoga balls provides flexible seating. This allows the students to work comfortably in the classroom and improve productivity. This allows the students to use up excess energy, increase motivation and engagement, improve core strength and overall posture, create better oxygen flow to the brain, and improve metabolism. The stands will allow for safe storage of the yoga balls. Studies show that students who participate in short bouts of physical activity have an increase in academic performance and better behavior. Thank you for considering my project. I believe this is an investment that will impact my students in the coming years!
