With this laptop, my students will be able to fully utilize the capabilities of the SmartBoard and projector that I already have. My current computer is outdated and failing. Our technology budget is limited and the best the district has been able to provide me with is a rebuilt desktop that is from 2003. I needed to use a paperclip to manually open the DVD when we were showing educational videos this year! With the 2 in 1 laptop, my students will finally be able to share presentations they are creating on their own devices and present them on the Smartboard; allowing us to practice our speaking skills needed in today's world. This new laptop will also allow me to use newer software available to improve my lessons and bring content to life for my students.
