Through clues and exploration students are asked to recall specifics relating to income and taxes, banking, budgets, insurance, and credit. The kit encourages teamwork and problem solving. The breakout can also be designed by students instead and they can be the creators and run fellow students through their own breakout. This process encourages creativity along with content mastery. Overall, the breakout kit is a great alternative to learning content and assessing student mastery when it comes to personal finance content curriculum.
