This will create such a fun experience for my third grade students. My students will be able to get hands-on in Science with the the circuit kits and magnet sets. The students will use the circuit kits to apply new scientific ideas to design, test, and refine a device that converts electrical energy to another form or energy, using simple or closed circuits. The students will use the magnet sets to better understand the cause and effect relationship of magnets and they will discover how to solve a problem by applying the use of interactions between two magnets. This project will allow my students to discover and research using a variety of texts. I have requested a book about each continent. These texts focus on major facts and information about each continent. This project will also provide my students with a variety of texts about natural disasters and animal adaptations. I hope you choose to fund these wonderful students. They all deserve the best educational resources possible.
