This will be my first year teaching. I am needing many things to get my classroom started. Storage is important because we will constantly be working in and around our tables. No matter what circumstances or background they may come from, they're all eager to learn. These chair pockets will make a difference in my classroom by providing my children with an easy access to their materials at their desk without going to a cubby. The tables in my room do not have any type of storage for things like pencil pouches, books, and other materials needed throughout the day. Reading is such a huge importance to small growing minds. Children need to be reading each and every day. Stools will allow my students somewhere to sit during small group reading instruction each day and at a computer station. Children can rotate in and out fast with these stools.
