This project will provide all students an exciting experience with lots of ooohs and ahhhs. These materials will provide hands-on experiences for the students. They will learn about states of matter especially going from a solid to a gas with dry ice smoking cylinders and dry ice smoke filled soap bubbles. Experiments will include: smoking cylinders, bubbling soap bubbles, crystal ball bubbles, square bubbles, and smoke cannons. We will use every day materials such as dawn detergent, glycerine, rubber bands, sandwich baggies, borax, and pipette droppers in scientific experiments. The science department loves to share the wonders of science with these interactive experiments.
