The foam rollers will help our runners develop healthy muscles and prevent common running injuries. The E-Z UP Straight Leg Instant Sidewall will allow our team to escape the heat and rain at cross country meets. Due to our school having funding issues because we are in a low income area, our runners have never had the experience of using foam rollers to prevent and treat shin splints and other nagging injuries common to distance runners. We are excited about the possibility of obtaining these tools of the trade that we see our competitors using each time that we travel to a cross country meet.
