Our motto is Phoenix Rocks! Our students follow the guidelines of the Character Counts Pilar system, as well as utilizing PBIS, or positive behavioral interventions and success! Rewarding students with tangible items, such as these bracelets, will allow others to see how well our students practice and follow this method of being trustworthy, respectful, responsible, fair, and caring citizens to their peers and staff. These incentives will hopefully be the beginning of a much larger reward system to acknowledge awesome behavior and kiddos caught with great character as we are fundraising for a PBIS Rewards online system that will help streamline the recognition and reward system. This system will allow every staff memeber to award points to every single student as they see fit. Monthly students will be able to redeem these earned points for items such as stickers, pencils, and these cool wristbands. With a positive token economy in place, our village and family will grow as we inspire, motivate, teach, and deliver students who will give so much to their community.
