The small group table will be used to guide students during different lessons. While at this table, I will offer the differentiation needed to make sure all students in my class are successful. My goal is to create " thinkers" in my class. We will discuss books around this table, hold a conversation about math problems around this table and help each other revise and add to our writing around this table. I am the Special Education teacher within the classroom. This table will allow me to provide the modifications in small groups. The small group area will be used to help reach my students who may need a lesson retaught to them or students who may need an enrichment lesson taught to them. I need a space where I can work well with my small groups of students and have the space to use different resources and tools helpful in our learning.
