My goal an educator is to provide a space for scholars to be free to grow, develop, and have fun in a space that is safe, full of relevant tools for their needs and offers a wide range of hands on experiences for scholars. To build powerful 21st century skills such as digital literacy, professionalism and social-emotional skills are an important part of their ultimate success and growth. Having access to material that give them a head start on the new year give them a better chance to feel confident in their basic skills and growth mindset about high level skills. Lastly, this project is about creating the best possible outcome for our students. Giving them the tools to create, document and share their experiences with the World is the first step to getting them to reach the platform of excellence that they are capable of.
