These materials will impact how students in my classroom learn and interpret the scientific world around them. Students will get to do hands-on science experiments. Since there is a lack of materials, I often have only one set and perform the experiment for my students as they watch and reflect. My students want to do the experiment themselves. Expeditionary learning calls for students to explore the world around them in unique ways. I want to give my students a chance to experience being a scientist. Being able to have the materials and complete labs themselves, will change their way of learning.
