My students need a Promethean ActivBoard Touch so that they can come to the board to solve problems, view video lessons, draw on top of the digital frameworks, and see tables, graphs, and maps. This interactive Promethean white board has a vast array of resources that will help bring our classroom into the modern world of digital learning. There are all kinds of visual enhancement tools that will help to reinforce lessons in math, science, geography, reading, writing and art. I cannot possibly explain all of them here, but you can look online at the 90,000 + free resources on Promethean planet. I am particularly interested in the math tools that are available on this interactive whiteboard. I can create math equations and games that students can come to the board to solve. I can pull up graphs, tables, fraction models, and use them to better illustrate math concepts. But the best part is that the students themselves can come to the board and manipulate the tools to help them work out problems. It is just an amazing resource that would make our classroom a much more interesting place to learn!
