The ETA hand2mind Daily Math Fluency Kit allows students to build TRUE math fluency and flexibility. The activities in the kit allows students to experience developmentally-appropriate tools and activities to build on student's number sense. This will allow students to visualize mathematics. The number talks, number strings, and the plethora of manipulatives will allow my students to 'catch' number sense. We will use this resource during our daily math routines. Math routines is a separate time from our math workshop that we partake in many different math experiences to build on their number sense. My mathematicians will be able to build on and strengthen their number sense while becoming fluent mathematicians with the addition of this kit.
