My students are incredibly talented and deserve to play on the best equipment that is available. The drums we have are getting more difficult to keep in good condition because they have been around for so long. My students are constantly practicing on practice pads and on their current drums, but we spend more time fixing the drums than playing on them. The sound quality is not good anymore, and we are constantly ordering parts to make the drums work as best we can. I want my students to have the best experience in band. Our current drums have served us well, but in order to progress in their education, my students need to have the experience of playing on new quality instruments. They enjoy all aspects of band, and I as their teacher would like to give them a great experience in all areas of band.
