We are a first grade class in a small charter school in California. Many of the students at this school come from families who can provide the items that are necessary, but often not anything in excess. The students in my class are a wonderful bunch of kids. They love being dramatic, and spend recesses acting out scenes from their favorite movies or little plays they have made up. They look forward to being challenged will greatly benefit from contact with the arts and puppetry.
