This project is to fund a mindfulness/meditation room at our middle school. We have been given a room with adequate space for meditation, yoga, and reflection activities; however, we are in need of supplies. We would like at least 10 Meditation Yoga Inflatable Cotton Bolster Pillows , Zenergy Chime, Yoga Dice and Mindfulness Meditations for Teens cd for the use of students during our meditation/yoga club, after school activities, and classes. Students will be able to use these supplies for "cool-down" activities as an alternative to disciplinary action. We are also requesting funding for Yoga and Mindfulness Practices for Teens Card Deck cards for independent practice, coloring books, paint with water easel, and a zen garden will be purchased to provide more resources for students and teachers.
