My school is hoping to become a Leader in Me school. I need materials to help educate myself on this curriculum. The Leader in Me is a whole school transformation process that focuses on teaching students to take charge of their own education and life goals. I need these materials for me to understand how to implement the program and for the kids to use during implementation. The Leader in Me will help my school to break the cycle of self-doubt, raise self-esteem, create critical thinkers, and transform our school culture and community. This program will help our kids see that they have just as much to offer the world as anybody else. The materials I am asking for are books about the seven habits. These habits include being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, putting first things first, thinking win-win, knowing how to synergize, seeking first to understand and then to be understood, and sharpening the saw. By helping with the project, you will help me to help my students, our school, our families, our community, and the future.
