Technology can be used to improve teaching and learning and help our students be successful! In my demographic, my students do not get to use computers very often. It would be great to expose them to how helpful and not to mention fun technology can be. Students can also practice learned material while using tablets. The use of technology in a kindergarten classroom is a road to a successful future for our children! My students, and students in general love to build and create. It’s why the block corner and art center are always two of the most popular places in our classroom. We can create a technology program where the primary focus is also building and creating. Not to mention the numerous apps designed to build great readers including: -IStation -Starfall Learn to Read -ABC Mouse -Bob Books Reading Magic -Hooked on Phonics -Reading Eggs -Reading Raven -Learning A-Z
