My goal with having this equipment is to teach my students how to play basketball and soccer. To start, I will teach each class the rules of the respective sports. Once the rules have been taught and learned, we will begin with the basics of each sport such as dribbling a ball, how to properly kick a soccer ball, and how to properly shoot a basketball to name a few things. Once the basics of each sport have been learned, we will progress into playing full games of the sports. This will not only allow my students to determine if that sport will be something they would be interested in moving forward in their lives, but also a great way to be physically active.
