I am so excited to be teaching at Kit Carson. Our school is a small country school. Although we are a small school, my students have big minds full of potential. My goal as their teacher is to provide a warm and welcoming classroom that puts my students first. This will allow my students to feel safe and secure, causing them to reach their full learning potential. My classroom encourages active participation in learning. My students work independently, in groups with their peers, and as a whole class. My classroom is also student centered, meaning my students are the pride and joy.
