My students love technology. They can't wait for our turn in the computer lab. My students want to explore all aspects of what we are learning about. I have done my research and found the best "kid friendly" tablets and headphones for our classroom. The Amazon Kindle Fire Kid Edition allows them to explore Freetime app, which includes virtual books, learning games, and math puzzles. The JLab audio JBuddies headphones feature a smaller headband, ear cushions, and acoustically designed volume that is safe for children's ears. The tablets and headphones will be used during our literacy and math centers, while integrating science and social studies. These items will help my students become more successful in their future careers!
