We are starting early to teach our kids about financial literacy. Our class consist of preschoolers learning to count and recognize numbers. In order to become better at math, my students need fun manipulatives to teach and play with. The materials for this project will make counting exciting and hands-on. The magnetic numbers and letters will be used to help label items that need to be counted. Sorting bowls are needed to show the difference between less and more. The farm animals are a fun way to teach these concepts and keep preschoolers engaged in learning financial literacy. I believe learning can be fun.
