All of my students need to move frequently throughout the day. We take frequent breaks, but my students spend the majority of their day in our classroom. Providing different seating gives the students opportunities to move and not have to stay in the same seat the entire day. Flexible seating would be an awesome addition to our classroom! Giving the students the options of wobbly chairs, cushions, floor chairs, and balance balls would provide some necessary movement within our classroom! We practice lots of reading, sight words, math facts, and more over and over -- it would be great to have different places to practice these skills!
