Growing up, my parents read to me every night and that created a sense of imagination in me. I have continued to read and love how a book can take you to a new place. I am a first year teacher and I have always believed that reading is so important. Starting from scratch is hard and I want to make sure that all my kids have the opportunity to read a book they love and this project will help me do that. Being able to add 140 books will give all my students a chance to foster the love of reading I have always had. I can't wait to share that with my first set of kiddos.
