Our student population is comprised of youth experiencing a variety of emotional and developmental challenges. Students receive great benefit by immersing themselves in a therapeutic room specifically designed to help them calm their minds and bodies. Sensory activities can sustain a student for extended periods of time, allowing them to experience increased educational success throughout their school day. The goal of a sensory room is not only to provide students with a calm and safe location, but to provide prescribed sensory activities that allow students to learn to manage their minds and bodies in a peaceful and relaxed manner. This particular request is for a therapeutic bubble wall for our sensory room, designed to stimulate multiple senses and has been demonstrated to be a successful intervention, specifically targeted toward students with ADHD and autism. Thank you for helping us to provide our students with the tools to be successful students and grow into amazing people!
