My students and I love to do hands on activities! Part of hands on activities require art materials such as colored pencils and markers. In order to help history come alive for my students, I love to let them use their creative talents by drawing and designing. By helping provide these basic materials, you are supporting the creative minds of middle school adolescents. In class, we color maps, create posters of famous people and create historical books (just to name a few). With your help, we would be able to do more writing and coloring to help students better differentiate between different locations as well as bring their creations to life.
