These individual 8-note glockenspiels can be used with every grade level that I teach, Kindergarten through Fourth Grade. They are versatile little tools that will be used to assist with visual and listening skills and engage students through the creative process. They encourage creativity and exploration and can be used to enhance individual musicality. Students will be able to create and play their own compositions on these instruments. They are extremely helpful in teaching melodic movement when the students can visualize how the notes move. There is proof that a combination of tactile, visual, and aural experiences boost memory and comprehension. These are perfect instruments to assist my students in becoming successful musicians.
