My third grade students love collaborating with their peers. They are constantly moving around the classroom, engaging in authentic conversations to better understand the curriculum. Students learn best with choices, options, and the ability to move around. My students can use the classroom couch to engage in small group discussions as well as have a cozy retreat for independent work. If students feel relaxed, they will want to engage naturally. The stools also provide an opportunity for students to easily form and manage groups. In addition, the stools will help increase student focus, engagement, & productivity in the classroom. Students will be motivated by the flexible seating choices & the ability to be in control of their learning environment. Please consider donating in helping my students collaborate at higher levels with flexible seating options.
