These stools, cushions, mats, and balls will help the students in my classroom learn in the way they are most comfortable. It's been proven time and time again that giving children the option to choose their seat helps them focus more. My goal as an educator is to help each child enjoy learning, and I believe their choice and comfort in seating is an extremely important part of that. Students need to have choice in any part of their day that they can, and seating is one of the easiest ways to get that implemented. During my time as a student teacher, I was blessed to work with a group of students using flexible seating. This opened my eyes to the possibilities of this type of classroom management and seating.

About my class
