I work for a Title I school where my students come from diverse backgrounds in a lower income area. My goal is to create a conducive learning environment for my students. We are moving toward a Blended learning environment, and students will be utilizing technology and collaboration. I would like to create a classroom with flexible seating to encourage students to be comfortable and engaged in the learning envionrment. My students are used to coming into a school that is a little run down and tired. However, when they walk into my classroom, I want them to enter into a 21st century room where they will be excited to learn!
